This policy describes how Stabletown LLC ("Stabletown," "we") handles information collected through stabletown.xyz.

What we collect

Information you submit through our forms: name, email address, organization, role, phone number, and the details you provide about your community or project — including answers entered in the Stabletown Diagnostic and Builder. If you subscribe to our insights, we collect your email address.

How we use it

To respond to your requests, deliver services you purchase, send materials you ask for (such as diagnostic briefs), send insights you subscribe to, and improve our services. We may retain program-design information in de-identified form to improve our templates and platform. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the site: Vercel (hosting and privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payment processing — we never see your full card details), and Calendly (scheduling). Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.

Retention and your choices

We keep submissions as long as needed for the purposes above. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing info@stabletown.xyz.

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the effective date above.
