Two paths, priced to start small
Pick the path that fits, then graduate deliberately.
Local Dollars reduces economic leakage. Public Finance prepares serious civic projects for modern issuance. Not sure which fits? Run the Stabletown Diagnostic first.
All prices in USD, quoted as fixed-scope engagements. Where a range is shown, the final figure depends on community size and program scope, agreed before work begins. Prices cover Stabletown's design, implementation, and operating work; incentive pools that fund resident and merchant rewards are budgeted separately with your sponsors.

Local Dollars Launch Workshop
Bring together the people who would sponsor, operate, and support a Local Dollars program. Stabletown facilitates a 90-minute working session and turns the outcome into a customized pilot blueprint, economics model, recruitment kit, and readiness assessment. Delivered within 10 business days, with one consolidated revision. The full $1,500 fee is credited toward a qualifying Local Dollars Pilot begun within 90 days.
$15,000–$35,000
Local Dollars Pilot
A managed economic program, not card software: coalition and sponsor formation, custom program rules, targeted participant distribution, merchant recruitment and onboarding, campaign operations, measurement design, and sponsor-ready reporting. This is Stabletown's implementation and management fee — the community incentive pool is funded separately by sponsors and is never Stabletown revenue.
Community card platforms are inexpensive — the real spend is the sponsor-funded incentive pool and the campaign around it. The Workshop exists so that money is deployed against a tested program design: more valuable than free platform onboarding, far less expensive than running the wrong $25,000 promotion. Prepare a civic project for issuance
$5,000–$10,000
Readiness Sprint
Legal pathway, capital-stack review, stakeholder map, and implementation roadmap. The low-risk entry for issuers and advisors.
$50,000–$85,000
Standard Civic Finance Pilot
A bounded 60–120 day pilot against a single testable hypothesis: project data room, disclosure workflow, partner coordination, and measured cycle-time results.
$85,000–$150,000+
Complex Civic Finance Pilot
Multi-stakeholder or multi-instrument engagements: layered capital stacks, demand evidence, regulated-partner orchestration, and issuance readiness.
All public-finance pricing is fixed-scope — never a spread, basis-point, or issuance-success fee. After a successful pilot, ongoing reporting, dashboards, and obligation tracking continue under an annual operating subscription, scoped with you. Stabletown is not an underwriter, placement agent, or municipal advisor; regulated execution routes through qualified partners.
Pilots and Readiness Sprints are scoped on a call and invoiced — there is no self-serve checkout for them by design. Prefer an invoice or purchase order for the Workshop? Request one instead.
